8th Annual Fujifanboys Best of Show

This year, the competition features seven categories: Street, Nature, Architecture, Landscape, People, Sports, and Series, with three winners selected in each category. In addition, one outstanding photographer will be awarded the prestigious title of Fujifanboys Photographer of the Year.

There are no creative boundaries—just showcase your best work and share the world through your eyes. We encourage everyone to read the competition rules carefully before submitting their entries.

Exciting prizes are up for grabs! The winning photographs will also have the opportunity to be showcased in an exhibition, with details to be announced later.

Categories

This category celebrates photography that captures life as it unfolds in public spaces. Entries may explore people, places, moments, interactions, movement, culture, and the unexpected stories found on the streets. From candid encounters and everyday life to decisive moments, urban scenes, and creative interpretations of the world around us, we are looking for images that reveal the character, energy, and human stories of the street.

This category celebrates photography that showcases the beauty and diversity of the natural world, including wildlife, birds, plants, insects, and macro photography. Entries may feature close-up images of natural subjects, scenes, textures, and intricate details that reveal the beauty of nature, from the grand and dramatic to the small and often overlooked.

This category is open to architectural photography featuring buildings, structures, interiors, exteriors, or any architectural detail. Images may showcase architecture in dynamic or creative ways, including Bridges, Abstract Architecture, Cityscapes, Historic Architecture, Interiors, and Industrial spaces.

This category celebrates photography that captures the character, beauty, and atmosphere of the world around us, from sweeping natural landscapes to urban environments and cityscapes. Entries may feature mountains, coastlines, forests, deserts, rural scenes, skylines, streets, towns, villages, or everyday urban environments. Whether photographing a vast metropolis or a quiet small town, we welcome images that reveal a strong sense of place, atmosphere, scale, light, and visual storytelling.

This category is for photographs where people are the primary focus, whether featuring a single person, a group, or people within their environment. Entries may explore portraiture, candid moments, fashion, lifestyle, culture, emotions, relationships, or everyday life. We welcome images that capture the human experience in all its wonderful variety, from intimate and personal moments to powerful and spontaneous interactions.

This category is for all sports-related photography, editorial or artistic, featuring any competitive or recreational sport.

This category rewards outstanding photographic projects that tell a compelling story through a cohesive body of work. Submit a series of 3 to 6 images that work together to communicate a clear narrative, concept, emotion, or visual idea. Each image should contribute to the overall story while standing on its own as a strong photograph. Judges will consider the strength and consistency of the individual images, as well as the sequencing, visual cohesion, originality, and narrative depth of the series as a whole. Your series may explore any subject, genre, or theme, from documentary and personal projects to conceptual, street, landscape, portrait, or experimental photography.

Competition Rules

1. All photos submissions, color or B&W must be taken from year 2024 onwards.
2. All photos must be taken with Fujifilm digital cameras. 3rd party lenses are welcome.
3. All photos must showcase EXIF. Those without will be automatically disqualified during judging.
4. No AI photos
5. Basic Photoshoot retouch is acceptable 
6. Competition is not open to Fujifilm staff, X-photographers and X-Creators. 
7. Submission is free and it’s open to photographers from any country.
8. Photo size max 2000 pixel on longest side. ( Winners will be ask for the original files with EXIF)
9. Each photographer may submit up to 5 individual photographs per category.
10. The Series category follows a separate submission format. Each photographer may submit up to 3 series, with each series consisting of a minimum of 3 photographs and a maximum of 6 photographs.
11. Submission photos may be use in publicity by Fujifanboys and sponsors in conjunction with this competition. EG, Social Media, Exhibition, magazine, prints, YouTube etc.
12. Copyrights belongs to the photographer.
13. Closing Date : 15th November 2026 ( Winners will be announce early Feb 2027) 
14. Prizes cannot be exchange for cash.
